Did my first Nike Training Club workout today.
I chose the beginner Fighter Fit workout. It was pretty intense and I was sweating loads. It was a lot like the Stretch and Stamina class I take but more intense. Though I was sweating I don’t feel 100% satisfied with the workout and might try and do another later on, if I can muster the energy. Mainly because I don’t feel like running today.
My quads are still killing from dance...

I held the plank for 2 min 45 secs yesterday.
Pretty pleased. My triceps were already killing me though from some plank workouts in pilates.
