I wake up in the morning craving all kinds of things for breakfast. Then in the day I have this inspiration to only ever eat savory foods, vegetables and healthy goodness. Then after dinner I NEED pudding….
I chose the beginner Fighter Fit workout. It was pretty intense and I was sweating loads. It was a lot like the Stretch and Stamina class I take but more intense. Though I was sweating I don’t feel 100% satisfied with the workout and might try and do another later on, if I can muster the energy. Mainly because I don’t feel like running today.
My quads are still killing from dance LAST MONDAY so I should have chosen one with less lunges but hey ho, hopefully they will make it through for more dance tomorrow.
Whether or not I do another NTC workout I will be doing my arms routine and abs. And possibly my legs……..
